I'm Sam Gerace, second generation here in Ocala. Nah, don't get me wrong, I'm from a small town called Stony Point in New York. My parents brought me to this wonderful city of Ocala when I was, um, um . . . OK, it was a few years ago!

I attended Osceola Middle and then Forest High, where I played a little football and baseball and, oh, yes, graduated. Instead of college I was sent away for a few years. No, not to the pen, to the other government facility, the US Navy. That's where I enjoyed traveling--coast to coast and several West PAC in between.

Then I came back to help provide electric to a few locals. That's before I started in the radio biz with, well, let's just say, another company in town! But then I saw the light. No, radio waves, and Asterisk Communications was my calling. I've been here since March of 1990 having fun and selling.

Oh, my family. I'm a dad with four wonderful kids, Sam III, Andrew, Kayleigh, and Meagan, and the love of a special lady, Francine. My parents, Sam and Jackie, are here in Ocala and, yes, I do have a brother Joe and a sister Lyn.
