What an outstanding evening of entertainment and patriotism as James Taylor Curtis and VFR recording artist Mark McGuinn took the stage at Ocala Civic Theatre for an exclusive WTRS listener concert. The night began with Sara K. singing the National Anthem as a Marine color guard presented the Flag. The filled room erupted into applause. JT Curtis opened the show pleasing the crowd as usual and after a short intermission guest artist, Mark McGuinn took the stage bringing his own Americana style to country music. He ended the evening with a touching song he and his band had recently written about the events of September 11th.This was the first performance of this song and he has no plans to release it which made it all that more special that he shared it with us here in Ocala. |  |
